REALTORS® who’ve earned the CIPS designation align themselves with the best in international real estate. The’ve studied the critical aspects of international real estate transactions, and are part of an influential network of 2,000 professionals who turn to each other first when looking for referral partners.

NAR’s e-PRO® certification  teaches REALTORS® to use cutting-edge technologies and digital initiatives to link up with today’s savvy real estate consumer.

 


Graduate, REALTOR® Institute / GRI

REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

 

 


REOS – Real estate owned (REO) properties, also known as foreclosures, are homes or properties that are bank-owned.

RPAC – Since 1969, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) has promoted the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is clear: REALTORS®raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests, which in turn support property owner and renter’s interests.


Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource® / SFR®

The SFR® certification  teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.
